I called the number back and asked to be placed on a "Do Not Call List", and the woman called me an "A** Hole". I have a recording of the call, reported the call to a supervisor and will also report to the FCC.
While talking to the supervisor I suggested she look at the comments and complaints relating to this number, 713.300.0604. She said she would address the rep. for the Energy Efficiency Program, although I do not believe the group exists or that the supervisor is trust worthy. She did say that she would be adding our contact number to a do not call list, I replied that I have made the request before, only to be harassed again by the program later.
I have tried to find information on the program and a search by the name and telephone number, 713.300.0604 only provides complaints regarding the harassing telephone calls.
