Local office (to whom, might I ask?!? I'm on the east coast, not in CA)
I just googled this number and found multiple sites just like this. This number is also tied with NCO financial -the first company to call me shortly after I got my new home number. NCO has asked to speak to multiple people -that names comes up for different numbers on CID.
I actually waited to get a live person to tell them I am not the individual they want -I was told my number would be removed from their list ... guess not! I'm tired of hearing that Australian "lady's" accent!!
NOTE: In the google results, I actually came across an official NCO website (the one below) that one "should" utilize to get your number out of their database. I have no idea what happens if you use it but I'm not taking the chance.
I just got called by some other number -comes up as 800 service in CID. I decided to answer and then just laid the phone on the table. They eventually hung up -I heard the loud disconnect (beeping) noise.
**What gets my goat is that most of the time the computer asks for someone but then to hang up if you're not that person!!
I say we have a flash-mob call session where everyone calls this number at the same time and then ask for the town idiot!!
