I just got the same call and I talked to the "investigator". they are saying I took out a payday loan back in 2012 and that since I didn't pay it they are sending a warrant out for my arrest. I told them good luck since I never took out a payday loan. the one thing I did do wrong was they knew all my info and I verified it was correct.i do believe they are a scammer
