I got an automated message stating that my credit card qualified for a lower interest rate and to press a button to speak to someone. My only card is through my bank so I wanted to speak to someone and get a name for this other card. A woman answered and didn't give a name, she just said card services. She disconnected the call after I asked what company she was with.
