NO name no voice just silence. Went on for months a year ago and after severial complaints to fcc it stopped. Just started back recently even 8pm on Sun.
The number 740-236-9990 use to call a year ago all the time. Said nothing. After filing complaints w/fcc it stopped. It has started back up again, even on Sun. nights. I investigated and this is it. The number is attached to Level 3 Communacations out of Marietta, OH. It is ran by CT Corporation System 1300 East Ninth St., Cleveland OH .The signing agent in 2005 was Sylvia Queppet. A new authorized agent on 2-10-2012 named Jaimie Voss. It filed a foreign LLC in OH but is based in Delaware. CSC Lawyers Incorporationg Service filled it. The VP for the CT Corporation System that signs for the company is Richard J Parker. His home number is 302-737-4887 and lives at 35 Phyllis Dr., Newark, DE 19711.
