this call was from a scammer, very heavy accent, could not understand his name. he said our windows computers possibly had a virus and he would lead me through the steps to check.
he wanted remote access to our system. i played dumb to lead him along and did not follow any of his directions, finally he realized i was wasting his time and he hung up
