I got a phone call from this number, but couldn't reach the phone in time. It went to my Comcast voice mail. When I went to check my voice mail, what I heard was a "beep," as if someone was recording the phone call. They didn't leave a message.
As I always say if you don't leave a message it is the same as if you never, ever called!
If it wasn't for the beep in the background, I'd call this a prank. As it is I'm saying unknown. Earlier I thought I'd let future calls go to voice mail, but I won't.
I try to get every phone call, but I'M DISABLED and unable to get there, hence I count on the voice mail. If you're scared to talk to a voice answering system, then I'm sorry, but it is what I need to help this disabled / challenged body.
