I received a call at my work number stating I never paid back a payday loan companyfor a loan I took out April 5, 2010 and I'm being sued and charge with a hot check. Man mentioned he called my back today(closed due to holiday(Nov. 11, 2010) and wanted to make arrangements to pay it back with a heafty increase. I asked for his number, he gave me 800-488-6207, I told him that I had to look into it, he got extremely rude asking what I had to look into. the back verified the loan was never repayed, I mentioned I was never contacted about missing a payment. I asked for legal documentation to be sent to my home address and he said I recieved many letters in mail from company which I did not. We began to argue and mentioned he was calling my HR department at work I gave him the number and said go ahead. He then called me an Asshole as he hung up the phone.
