The owner of this Thousand Oaks cell number is really desperate, having placed unwanted calls to my number twice this past weekend, in addition to previous unwanted calls in October and November 2016. In every instance, when the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
