this girl called me about a payday loan and said they were going to legal action with this and then i agreed to do payment of 50 dollar a month and gave them my checking account information with a supervisor named jessica. when i got off the phone with her i thought something was not right my friend told me to go on the internet and research them i found a website for the attorney general in the state of michigan who checks to see if they are even a legimate collection company. Guess what they are not and the attorney general said they have to have a collection agency license to collect a debt in Michigan and THEY DO NOT i repeat they do not. i called Jessica back to cancel my checks and they better not run these checks or i will turn them in for fraud.
