I too also received the same call and message today. The heavy accented male caller "Richard Parker" states he was an officer with the Internal Revenue Service needing to discuss my legal case. Attempted to get me to obtain a signature loan with my bank to make a payment to avoid legal proceedings that were to happen within the next 24-48 hours. I have contacted the IRS and spoke with a real IRS representative about my account and verified no legal actions taking place on my account. Beware of his number!!!!
