Don't Believe the Caller, The company is obviously Fraudulent, I Cussed them out they had all the information as you all described above, so i Did further research and found out :

I contacted the original company and found out that they are currently investigating this fraudelent company as they are using there name they do have a Claim number for the FTC. GOV , You can call the 800 Number i attached above and obtain the claim number. Contact all Credit Bureus to Report Identity Theft My question is were did they obtain my Personal Information this has me highly Concerned.
