This guy is calling my family members informing them that a civil complaint has been filed in his office attached to my name. He gives the last digits of my social and birth date. Says that I'm being named as a Defendant in the legal action and he's mandated to dispatch someone out to my residence or place of employment. He then leaves my home address. He then says to call his filing firm at 844-673-1143. When you call the # a message is on there indicating the company name as NFC !
