Answer the phone..they say they are from Micro soft windows and that there is a problem with your computer.. they want access to your PC to fix it..if granted they will lock up your Pc and want some where around $400 to fix it..just tell them to hang on..mute the phone and leave them hanging..this hurts them and stops them from taking advantage of some one else..while sitting there waiting to extort your money
