I have recently contacted a law firm in Chicago to start a class action lawsuit against Chase as they are violating collection laws by failing to report via mail that you have been sent to collections and that they do not stop contacting you after you tell them to stop. It is illegal for them to keep contacting and harassing you if you tell them to stop.

I am tired of getting over 9 calls every day when I explain that I have no job, have been unemployed for over 2 years and have no money in my bank account. I send them money every time I get a dime.
