I have had contact with this gentleman in the past through another young lady who met him at a party and he then would call her non stop and when she saw that I studied investigations she contacted me and asked me if I could help her, I told her to call the police but she was too scared. I am not afraid of this guy and want to help to get him the needed help he needs and get off the streets scarying people. He has actually asked me to turn him numerous times also and says that he cannot stop. But he would also call me a lot and email me about turning him in and I told him to go seek help and he said he needed to be turned into the police. The police then said they needed more information and needed the girls he was harrassing at the time to come forward but they were too afraid to ... please do not be afraid and turn him in and make sure you document times and dates he calls along with the number he uses and what is said and how he sounded and so on.. and save all emails also and ims cause the more they have to go on the better...
