Based on past experience, I would guess this is the Federated Law Offices attempting to collect a debt. They are quite cagey in the fact that depending where you live, they use various numbers located throughout that state all with the id showing only as Unknown Name. They also run credit checks and will use the area code from your previous address, probably thinking that you would pick up just because you recognize the area code. Protect yourselves. Some states have made it illegal for them to contact you on your cell and could face fines. Keep a record and above all, if they try and sue, FIGHT THEM IN COURT!!!!
