Please do not answer calls from unknown callers. That is how they stay in business. The big communications companies want them to call you. They get small amount for each call that adds up. There are only certain known servers that these criminals call from. The government refuses to shut them down or even control them. Big business wants the money.
On Amazon they have call blocker that actually works with high ratings. Cpr v107 and V201 work in the USA. 200 pre-recorder numbers and allows up to 1000 numbers also I believe you can wildcard block certain type numbers. They are a British company.
