i've also been getting these phone calls. no one ever says anything when i answer the call. its just silence. i've also heard it may be time warner cable...which could be. i cancelled my internet service with them and have been getting the calls ever since. also have seen post that say its someone pretending to be from time warner and that someone may have hacked their servers and pulled customer info.
