I had some rude "female" call me. She refused to say how she got my number, who she was and the company she works for. When she said someone referred me to them, I told her no and I am on the DNC list. She then started cussing me out and made vulgar remarks, racial slurs and then told me I am "stupid white trash" and then slammed the phone down. I reported this to the FTC on their complaint page. She had a Spanish accent. Making unjustified vulgar remarks and racial slurs will make people loathe you and convince them of your ignorance justifiably.
