Have called me at my place of employment as well as back -to back on my personal cell phone. Both gentleman have threatened me by telling me they are on the highway to serve me papers and that I owe $ 805 for an on-line pay day loan from back on Sept 2012. I have used pay day loans, but the companies name they gave me, I have never heard of before.
Where so these scammers get our personal information and what rights do we have in protecting ourselves? This is ridiculous.
