The number calling my phone has called twice stating that I had submitted fraudulent checks. I have not owned a bank account in years. They stated that they are submitting paper work to the sherrifs for me to be served. I don't even know how they got my personal and work number. I do not owe anyone and do not know who these people are. Supposedly the Leroy Johnson is the person locator for this company.
