I get calls from this number day and night, usally about every hour. As soon as I answer they hang up.Starting to think they just like to hear my voice. I will admit I do have a sexy voice :) I did call the number back and they demanded my 16 didget capital one account number. Never had one and certainly won't ever get one. They will not tell me who they are looking for.I requested them to remove my number but the calls continues. So now we play the hang up game. They call me, hang up and I call them and hang up.
