Called to collect some medical insurance bill from my mother. When I checked, it was bogus because of the discrepancies in the dates and other pertinent information. They even sent my mother a paper statement but there was no letterhead nor company name. It's very suspicious and the details are sketchy. I guess we should just ignore this since it looks like a scam.
