The text said his name is Jeff Rouse and is hearing impaired. Asked for my service and wanted to pay with credit card. Except he needed me to take an extra bit of money and send it to someone he know by money order. It's a scam from Russia with stolen credit card information. Beware! Too bad the Feds can catch on to it.
