Got a call notifying me of my lucky chance to lower my credit rate from Member Services....."press 1 to speak to an agent" I decided to wait..to politely ask to be removed from their lists...i was number 12 in line to speak.....like a lunatic, i decide to wait this time... make sure to get off the list. I wait over 8-9mins to be next call in line.........the automated voice says then... you are num 14 in line.... now I am really made so I wait to speak to someone about it...i wait more than 15 mins to be caller num. 2 in line... then they hang up the line.......... they are blocked from receiving direct calls from my phone when I decide to call them...... what was this call even about???? some messed up test to see how long I would wait?? I would like to take a shovel to the agent now...
