This is a craigslist scam. person send text asking some basic questions then says they are willing to pay via paypal.
I ask to speak with them over the phone to discuss details. they give me a excuse about having a lame phone and it doesn't work well for talking. then saying they are in the military and can't talk right now. did my research and it is definitely a scam!!
