Called a client of ours stating to be from the IRS and wanting money for non-payment of taxes. Threatened to contact their employer for garnishment. When called back, all you get is an answering machine. We know that the IRS will only contact people in writing, but this scares the crap out of older people who think they are in some kind of tax trouble. These people need to be stopped immediately.
