This was a recorded message stating the company (not named in message) could lower my percentage rate on all my credit cards. I pressed 9 as prompted to speak to someone and informed the woman that answered that my number is registered on the DNC registry. She became very rude and stated she was a call center for the company and refused to give me her name or the company name. I get calls like this on a regular basis and am quite tired of it. Where is the FTC and local law agencies? How long does it take to shut criminals like this down?
