When I'm in a bad mood I'll answer and when they tell me to turn on my computer I comply and see how long I can keep them on the line. Say the computer is slow starting up. Then tell them it crashed (that happens . . . I hope you can help me). Still slow starting up. Etc. Etc.
They'll eventually hang up (after cursing me) or I'll just get tired of wasting their time and hang up myself. If they call back I give them the runaround again.
