when he called he asked for my fiance. when i said that she was unavailable and asked who this was, he said "this is alex with customer service" and then hung up. i called back and kept getting hung up on until after the 4th time calling back. i ask to speak with a manager and a micheal came on the phone. he wouldn't identify himself any other way other then his first name, then continued to argue with me about how rhetorical the call was. He said that i should of just asked to be taken off the list, but how do i do that when first off i dont know who they were, and secondly i wasn't given a chance to do so. very rude company. they have something to do with chronic pain.
