Im having the same issue, yesterday an individual called me from there LIZ ONEAL saying that they were going to press criminal charges on my for check fraud. I got a payday loan in 2009/2010 cant remeber the exact date but NOW all of a sudden they want there money plus some,,I owe 250 and they want 1100 dollars! I believe there is some type of statue of limitations. Anyways I called and left her a message stating I want the verification of the amount of debt. Been trying to find a fax numnber so I can fax a letter but no luck.
