I have just gotten one of these calls (again) and they started out with the name of Senior Care USA. Then when I got to the representative it was American Alert Services. It is illegal to start these calls with a recorded message according to the FCC. It is a big time scam and has been around for a very long time. I, too am on the do not call list. Try looking those names up on the internet. Won't find them.
