Been getting calls from this place for weeks, answered today. Guy talked fast, mentioned something about 3 magazines for 1.97 a month from American Family Publishers. Did a lot of sweet talking ("You sound so much younger") Said I was a potential winner of $5000 dollars, and that they would be sending me a $1000 grocery voucher for anything except tobacco products at a grocery store. Gave me a claim number and said to keep it until July 31st, as I will need to provide it to claim my win at the close of the sweepstakes, and said I would receive a call-back in 5 minutes from "Stanly or Sterling Black". Sure enough, "Stanly/Sterling Black" calls back in 5 minutes, and wants to process my "order" for my 3 magazines and he would need my card number, and I said I wasn't interested in buying any magazines, and as soon as he heard that he hung up. As soon as they hear that you are not interested in purchasing their bogus magazine subscription, they hang up, so you might want to just simply tell the caller that you don't want to buy magazines. I guess they will finally stop calling, since I turned out not to be a "live one".
