These are scam artists. They will pose as attorneys and will know all about you. Will say they are trying to collect for a payday loan (which you might have actually taken out a loan) but they are not a legit collection agency. They will not be able to provide valid info about the original creditor, but like i said will know all your information. DO NOT BE threatened by these people. They will threaten with criminal charges (which is against the law according to FDCPA) and court hearings. Tell them you are on to them
