This is an "informational" call from Anthem Blue Cross. I was initially told that my healthcare plan had changed and asked if I had 5 minutes to answer some questions. I told the caller that if my policy had changed I would get something in the mail. Caller then stated that they wouldn't be sending anything out in the mail and kept stressing that it was an "informational" call only. She must have used the word "informational call" at least 6 times. I asked her not to call back. Then the caller got soupy sweet and asks me if I want to "opt out" of the program. I said "what program" and that was her cue to start all over again with her wanting to ask me a series of questions before she would even tell me what I was opting out of that I never remember opting into. Lo and behold, who calls back the next morning and every morning since then. Early, first thing every morning at 9am, same woman usually. So in order to know what the caller really wants I would be forced to listen to her spiel. It's a vicious cycle but they won't stop calling. This sounds like another class action lawsuit waiting to happen.
