He called himself Officer Franklin Benjamin and said he is from the Audit Dept. of the IRS. He said I had made and illigal activation and that there is a warrant for my arrest. He left his no: 571-526-0005, and I called the no. and it said that I need an access code!! He called 3 times yesterday, scared me!! SCAMMER and had a latino or that type of accent!
