Pretty sure this is a scam. She said to call this number, that I'm being sued. Once I began to ask her information (biz license, etc) anything I could verify who she was, she hung up on me. Once I Googled this number, I found this comment, "Allstate check services scamming collection agency. They will pretend like you are being sued while violating every fdcpa law out there." Also, I found several other people all reporting the same thing. They want you to call back with your home address, and personal info. Don't call them back! Scammers!
