A bill collector that said there was a criminal summons. Even called my Sister-in-Law whom I have only met once. Threatened to come to my home. Times are hard and we are filing bankruptcy but this guy is over the top. There was no summons. He told my family he was working with the FBI. The most laughable part is the debt he is trying to collect is about $200. I told him to knock himself out, serve the summons and I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission for giving my personal information to my sister-in-law.
