I got a recorded message saying I was eligible for lower interest rates on my credit card and that the offer was for a limited time and that this may be my last call. (This number has been trying to reach me now for about a month. Everytime I try to call them back I get a message saying that the number is out of service.) The voice asked me to press 1 to talk to an operator. I pressed 1 and the call was disconnected. I tried calling the number back but got the same damn recording about the number being out of service.
