Caller has contacted several family members and gave them a claim number. States that "An order has been submitted to my office and I need to verify your home and work address so that documentation can be served. This is you only opportunity to contact the firm before action is taken." I called the company back and was told that I supposedly had an outstanding payday loan from 2010. I have proof it was paid off and yet they claim I stopped payment on it. They never indicated that their call was "an attempt to collect a debt and that information obtained would be used for that purpose." This is total BS. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and FBI. Burn in hell scumbags!
