Messages left on voicemail failed to identify the caller's company. Message said to call back regarding a "time sensitive matter." After we received a 2nd such message on my voicemail, I called the number to get identification. Staff member would not say what CCA stands for and became increasingly unprofessional in justifying his right to call us in order to reach an extended family member of mine, who does not live here, despite our being listed on the nationwide "Do Not Call" list. When I stated, "Just stop," he became angry and said, "Don't talk to me as if you were my mother..." at which point I hung up the phone, and determined to report this unprofessional company. I don't know by what means they obtained our number, but in speaking with my parents, I was told that they have also been calling my parents number repeatedly, and at unacceptable times of the day.
