They called 3 times today 08-14, along with every day for the past 3 weeks. Every time I pick up and say hello line sounds dead. I call back and after 6 rings phone is answered by electronic female voice that says your call is very important to us and to hold and customer service rep will be with you shortly, I wait listen to music for about 12 minutes and then hang up on me. Every time same thing happens.
