I just got the same call, but with a different number: "They left a message stating: "This is Charles Clay from Legal Carrier services I have a summons in hand for you. I'm schedule to go out to your home and place of employement within the next 24-48 hours. Please make yourself available with two forms of ID. Failure to sign for the summons may result in a miss court appearance. Please be advised if you are served at work a supervisor or head of security needs to be available to sign off as a witness. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the party that is filing against you 844-828-7808.
This is not the first time this person had called me. The first time was last year, I asked for them to mail me proof of such debt as of today nothing. I have not call back.
