This number reads "Chase Survey" on caller id. They had called for the last few days (no message and no answer when calling back) so I decided to answer and see what it was about. The person said it was a survey on behalf of Chase and not a sales call. I decided to proceed and would hang up if they seemed to ask anything I had an issue with. He asked if I had visited a branch recently (I had), so I said yes. He then asked if I had visited XXX branch (which was the exact branch I had visited a few days ago), so I said yes. On a side note, this made the call seem much more legitimate since they knew the exact branch I had been to. He then asked me to rate how satisfied I was with my visit there on a scale of 1 to 10. Then he asked me questions about if I had gone in for a teller or other issue, and again asked me to rate 1 to 10 on those interactions. At no time did he ask me anything account specific or for any of my personal information. The entire call took less than 5 mins. I then decided to call my banker and he said that Chase has been calling customers to take surveys on the visits they had to the branch, but could not tell me if this was the number they called from, but said it sounded like what he would expect on a call like that.
