He also contacted a relative giving the impression that his call was an emergency and that the relative needed to inform me to return his call within the hour. He also wanted my relative to disclose/verify additional contact information to him. Received several harrasing calls and voicemails from him in one day. Reported agency and John Foster to the FTC.
