Indian sounding man asked for my wife by name and then, when hearing she was not available, asked to speak to me. Claimed to want to lower my credit card interest rates. I informed him he was in violation of the DNC list and insisted he provide his company name and his name. Ultimately he refused and said he would not cal me again. Clearly a phishing scam call.
