Harrasing me about a pay day loan that I paid 2 years ago from Ace Cash Express. Everything about the phone call was suspicious. The fax number she gave me was 855-218-8598. Totally different area code from the # 585-730-6091 that she called from. There is no recording stating that is a company number from check systems, and her voice mail is just a beep. When I asked for proof of the documents that she was stating that I owed, her whole attitude changed, stating that she didnt know if they could send anything out but would put a request in for it, and when I asked for it to be faxed to me, again I dont know if that can be done, I will put a request in for it. You would think if I indeed owed them they would send me something. But nothing. This isnt the first time I have had this happen with Ace Cash Express. For the last 3 years around tax season I get calls, from different people claiming im going to jail for bank fraud. I DONT OWE ANYTHING TO ACE CASH EXPRESS.
