Called about Credit card that was charged off years ago stating I was being sued and a I a officer was going to serve me papers the next day unless I way around $500. If I did not, they would take me to court and garnish my wages an I would pay over $3000. I spoke to the Attorney Generals office in my state and they sayed they recieve alot of complaints on this company out of California, its a collection agency trying to use a scare tactics.
