The caller stated he was an David officer with the Sheriff's Department and had a case pending aganst me. I was contacted at my place of work and on my cell phone both message stated I needed to call back with answer asap. The caller was not an American Citizen. I returned the call, left a voicemil message for the gentleman, sharing I had contacted the NY Sheriff's Office, this was a scam and not to call my place of work again
